Q. Why should I buy from Linea Azzurro?
Answer: At Linea Azzurro we are not about ‘fast fashion’. Instead, we produce beautifully made, timeless pieces, from high quality fabrics and yarns that are made to last.
Manufactured by an artisan factory in Italy, we are proud of the supply chain we use, where we have traceability from goat to garment. We have worked with a reputable yarn supplier from whom we have been sourcing cashmere for over 20 years.
Our cashmere is made to last. Quality is of utmost importance to us to ensure every piece will stand the test of time. Only the best fibres from the Mongolian goat are used with the finished garments made in Italy for a luxurious finish.

- Q. Where is your Cashmere sourced?
Answer: Linea Azzurro’s manufacturing process is traceable from the yarn supplier in Mongolia to the Italian factory where the clothes are produced.

Cashmere
Our knitwear and accessories are produced using sustainable 2 ply 100% Cashmere.
When buying something as luxurious as Cashmere, it is always important to know it’s origin and how it has been produced.
Manufactured by an artisan factory in Italy, we are proud of the supply chain we use, where we have traceability from goat to garment. We have worked with a reputable yarn supplier from whom we have been sourcing cashmere for over 20 years.
Our yarn comes from Cashmere goats and is sourced from Mongolia, where the cold climate and lifestyle of the animals produce the longest and softest Cashmere. Each herder has between 100 and 200 goats & at night they are brought into farm enclosures where they are kept safe but during the day they roam freely to graze.
The traditional knowledge of the Mongolian herders yields some of the finest Cashmere in the world.
As the fashion industry changes over time, cashmere has always remained highly desirable.
We are committed to providing sustainable, traceable fibre.
Cotton / Cashmere
Our Cotton Cashmere is a premium blend of 90% Cotton/ 10% Cashmere which makes the knitted fabric light to wear and soft to touch. Offered in a Varity of beautiful colours this transitional material adds a touch of luxury.
Merino Wool
Our Extra fine Merino wool is super soft and long-lasting luxury.
Merino wool works in total harmony with your body due to the fibre’s excellent natural elasticity. The Merino fibres are so fine they feel luxuriously soft next to the skin.
Wool garments are also one of the most breathable of all fabrics. The wool fibres can absorb large quantities of moisture, then allowing it to evaporate, making wool garments feel less clingy and more comfortable.
Our Extra fine Merino wool is 100% biodegradable so does not contribute to pollution in our oceans or lands.
- Q. What is Ply?
Answer: The ply of cashmere knitwear refers to the thickness of the yarn used. Ply’s are individual pieces of yarn twisted together to make one, therefore two ply is thicker than one ply but not as thick as three ply.

- Q. Do you ship overseas?
Answer: We deliver worldwide. Please see our delivery page for full details.
- Q. How much is delivery?
Answer: We offer free UK Tracked 48 Hour delivery.
UK Tracked 24 Hour (next day) delivery is £4.99.
European & International delivery charges will be calculated according to the weight of your parcel, postage costs are shown in the checkout before you place your order. (Please note, your order may be subject to additional customs or duty fees in the destination country that are outside of our control). Please see our delivery page for full details.
- Q. How do I organise a return for a refund?
Answer: We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however we understand that there are occasions you may want to return, or in the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.
UK Returns
We offer free UK returns. Please kindly click on the following link and enter your order number and post code to print off your free returns label.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
European & International Returns
The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items from European & International countries. We recommend that you use an insured registered delivery service and keep the receipt and proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

- Q. How do I track an order?
Answer: When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation which includes a Royal Mail tracking number. By visiting the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com this will allow you to enter your unique tracking code and trace your parcel.
- Q. Do you offer gift wrap?
Answer: Yes we do for an additional £4.99. Tick the gift wrap option box at the check out where you can add an optional gift message.
All gift items are sent in our Linea Azzurro luxury branded box with a black raffia bow and ribbon.
Inside the box your gift will be wrapped with white tissue paper and finished with our Linea Azzurro branded sticker.
There is also the option of a handwritten message that can be included in your parcel.
