DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Please kindly note that due to COVID-19, Royal Mail deliveries are in some cases taking longer than usual and delivery times are not guaranteed.

UK Deliveries

We offer Free UK Tracked delivery by Royal Mail, which will be delivered within 48 hours from dispatch (2-3 working days). We also offer Next day delivery, 24 hours from dispatch charged at £4.99, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Please also note that we do not dispatch over the weekend. We are not liable for any delays and/or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate and/or incomplete delivery address provided by you.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information. 

 

European Deliveries 

All deliveries to Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service and will be delivered within 3- 5 working day from dispatch, however delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays and/or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate and/or incomplete delivery address provided by you.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information. 

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however we understand that there are occasions you may want to return or exchange items, or in the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.
Please email us at info@lineaazzurro.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase, stating your purchase order reference and reason for return. Items must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date to qualify for a refund (Excluding delivery fees) or 28 days for an exchange. Refunds take up to 5 working days of receiving your return but are usually processed sooner. Your refund will be issued via the original method of payment. 
Please ensure all items are wrapped securely with the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition with the Swing ticket and 'Made in Italy' seal attached as failure to remove may result in us being unable to refund you.

European Returns 

The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items from European countries.  We recommend that you use an insured registered delivery service and keep the receipt and proof of postage.We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
